Courses Taught: Cellular Physiology, Fundamentals of Neurophysiology, Renal Physiology Quote: My philosophy of teaching is to help students achieve educational objectives, including but not limited to cognitive learning, and creating interest in the subject.  I am concerned about helping my students during their lifelong learning process; i.e., to develop their interest and to provide a base of concepts that will facilitate further pursuit of knowledge and thinking.  I believe that education, if it is done right, involves an intense and lasting link between two human beings.  That moment of connection can lead to what happens when we translate our desire into a love of the subject and eventual learning of that subject.   I try to facilitate this connection in my interactions with the students.
