October 5 - School Pre-Registration Form Due
All teams participating must pre-register on or before Wednesday,
October 5, 2005. Accompanying each pre-registration must be a non-refundable
deposit of $100.00 per team. Your non-refundable deposit will be applied to your
overall athletic participation fees.
No teams can be added after this date.
October 19 - Final Team Rosters Due Along with Final Payment.
Each team must send a roster of players for each team registered.
The roster also serves as a liability waiver form for each athlete. Please
make sure each athletes signs the roster/waiver individually. Along with
the roster/waiver form, the balance of your teams athletic participation fees is
due. The roster can be found on the Team Registration Link above.
