LONG-TERM DISABILITY:

Long-term disability income insurance is available to all eligible employees; premiums are paid entirely by the College. This insurance helps to protect the employee against loss of income due to a qualifying disability. The plan’s monthly benefit is 60% of the employee’s basic monthly earnings reduced by benefits payable from other sources, up to a maximum of $5,000 per month. Eligible employees are active employees working at least 32 hours per week.
