RETIREMENT PLAN: Palmer College has established a 403b
Retirement Program with Principal Financial Group to provide funds for
their employee's retirement.
Employees are eligible for Employer contributions after one
year of employment, are at least 21 years of age, and 1,000 hours of service.
Employees may receive basic and matching contributions. Employer
contributions are subject to a vesting schedule with 100% vesting after 6 years.
This plan also provides an opportunity for employees to contribute pre-tax dollars as well. Employees may contribute to IRS limits. Employee contributions are 100% vested. Employees may change their contribution percentage whenever they wish by completing a new salary deferral form.
