Phone/Voicemail FAQ

Your phone only rings once?

Does your phone only ring once and you are unable to answer it?  If so, you need to take your phone off of "cover" and stop it from forwarding.

To do so, pick up your phone and press #3.  You will hear 3 beeps.  Hang up your phone.  now, pick up your phone again and press #2.  Again, you will hear 3 beeps.  Your phone should now ring its standard amount of times.

To enable call forwarding, press *2.  Then, after the 3 beeps, enter the extension you want your phone to ring to.
