Doctor of Chiropractic Program:

The distribution of old exams is left to the discretion of the individual instructor. A statement clearly identifying the position of the instructor on this issue must be included in the course syllabus. Any student found in possession of an exam or exams not allowable for distribution according to the course syllabi will be in violation of the Student Code of Ethics.

Faculty should be aware that the potential exists for exams to be stolen and that a stolen exam can undermine the testing process when the content of that exam is not changed between academic terms. Therefore, faculty are urged to change the structure and content of their exams often. It is the responsibility of the faculty to ensure that the information is in the course syllabi so that a testing session is not compromised by an old or stolen exam.
